Saleh Prince Yazdani
Handstand & partner acrobatics
Saleh Prince Yazdani presents a nostalgic yet modern handstand performance on a wooden rocking horse. The story takes place on a carousel and is at the same time a metaphor of letting go and growing up. The song “Hoppe Reiter”, written especially for him, shows the courage of a child who breaks away from his parents until he grows up and takes care of his children: life spinning in circles, symbolized by a simple wooden horse. Saleh received the bronze medal at the circus festival Cirque de Demain 2017 in Paris for his extraordinary performance.
